Notify Drivers
Delivery management system helps to control the vehicle traffic to the loading and unloading area. Drivers will register at the security guard on arrival. The system will then capture driver details and reflects automatically to the warehouse system. Once the store personnel is ready to accept the incoming goods and loading area is available, a simple click on the button will notify the driver to come to the loading bay.
The delivery management application is a server-client software solution integrated with ECO G3 guest paging system. The system support multi-client window base machines connect to the server application allowing it to communicate and notify drivers. The system provide a log history of who and when they are notified when the loading area is available.
